Burnout

«Burnout» is a short film that aims to show the beauty and decadence of the deepest feelings of our morality. The short film is set in Rome days before the outbreak of the pandemic and confinement, a story focused on a group of students who live in the same residence. They share a taste for parties and drugs as they try to find a new future.

In the short film «Burnout» I have worked for a year as a director together with my partner Aléx Gutierrez to create a story that can captivate the viewer both narratively and visually. The photographic aspects are taken care of in detail thanks to the work of Salvatore Di Renzo our DoP.

«Burnout» has been made thanks to the collaboration of the «Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia di Roma CSC» thanks to the magnificent facilities they have.

The short film is in the post-production process and will be released throughout 2023.
